Delivery for package 0.100 kg to 10 kg
We use two methods of delivery for small packages:
Colissimo
Small parcels are entrusted to Coliposte via “Intl”. The standard shipping method is Colissimo off without signature. In this case, the maximum time is 48 business hours after shipping your items.
Mondial Relay
Packages shipped via Mondial Relay Relay are received at the point chosen by the customer about 3-5 days after mailing.
Prices can change depending on the weight and volume.
All items in stock will be sent upon receipt of your payment and you will receive them within 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery mode beyond 10 kg
For parcels greater than 10kgs (cat tree, cart dogs, cats wicker etc.) we use the carrier Geodis CALBERSON. This will contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery.
Delivery mode for benelux switzerland and spain
Delivery to Europe, Switzerland and the rest of the world:
Packages shipped via Mondial Relay (Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain) are received at the point Relay chosen by the customer about five days after they are sent.
We will send your parcel via POST or CALBERSON. The delivery time varies from 3 to D + J + 8 for small packages.
For heavy, bulky or made to order package, we use the services of specialized carriers. Delivery time varies and is noted as an indication on the form of the product concerned.
Please pay attention to Switzerland and Not EU countries, customs fees or transportation may be extra charged. You can contact us by email (contact@dandyspet.com) to estimate these costs. These costs will be a separate invoice.
