Article 01: Object
These present conditions of sale define:
-the contractual relationship between Dandy’s Pet and the buyer (the reciprocal obligations of the parties)
-conditions applicable to all purchases made through the merchant site Dandy’s Pet
-the different stages of the order process, the buyer either professional or consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.
These conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not specifically approved by Dandy’s Pet.
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the website Dandy’s Pet.
These products and services are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. The majority of products offered to its customers by Dandy’s Pet are available at his premises or supplied quickly.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier. Dandy’s Pet informs the consumer all the essential characteristics of the goods offered (colors, compositions, descriptions, prices). Article 02: Price

The brand Dandy’s Pet reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the prices listed in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer. Article 04: Orders

Article 05: Withdrawal

Article 06: Payment

Article 07: Delivery

Delivery will be made in Colissimo or priority air mail depending on the choice of the customer to transport the address on the order form by the customer within 8 to 10 business days after receipt of payment.

Dandy’s pet reserves the right to use any other means of delivery on time and expenses provided. Delivery times may vary in case of delivery problems, out of stock or holiday periods that will be reported by email to the customer.

Article 08: Reservations
The risk is borne by the purchaser at the time the goods have left the premises of Dandy’s pet. The customer must ensure the good condition of delivery. In case of missing or noted or supposed damage during transport, it is up to the customer to make reservations to the shipper and inform Dandy’s pet within a maximum period of 24 hours:

Motivated protest must be made with the carrier within three days of delivery. Any claims made beyond the 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. The terms ‘subject to unpacking’ or ‘subject to damage’ is insufficient to prove the injury. Your reservations must be clear, precise and detailed. The absence of a complaint, not the expression of reservations on the part of the client means that the product supplied is deemed satisfactory and will not be subject to any subsequent dispute. For example, the client may not issue reserve Dandy’s pet after the departure of the carrier, even if the package has not been opened in the presence of the carrier. In case of non-compliant goods delivered with the ordered goods after unpacking or upon delivery, the purchaser may reject the free products delivered. Article 09: Warranty
All products supplied by Dandy’s pet benefit from the legal guarantee provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In case of non compliance of a product, it can be returned to the vendor who will exchange or refund. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail initially at contacy@dandyspet.com then by post to the address of the company’s Hanse. The period during which the customer can request an exchange or assert his right to withdrawal is 7 days from the date of order of the items. The return of the item within this period must be accompanied by a returns form of the item in its original packaging. Article 10: No Availability

Article 11: Returns
We are committed to provide you complete satisfaction for all our products. However, the items do not meet your expectations can be returned in new condition in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Article 13: Intellectual Property
All elements of the site Dandy’s pet are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dandy’s pet. Nobody is allowed to reproduce, use, repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site they are software, visual or sound. Article 14: Archives

Article 16: Settlement of disputes
In case of a dispute arising from this contractual relationship, the parties agree before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. The parties agree that any dispute arising from this contract within the exclusive jurisdiction of Monaco. These conditions of online sales are subject to French law, the language of these Conditions of Sale is French.
Article 17: Modification of terms and conditions
The brand’s pet Dandy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the purchaser.
